You may recall, dear flist, that my cat had a stroke last year and now walks in a very crooked manner, one hind leg being slightly weaker than the other.  I've also complained that he quit sleeping curled up/on my knees.  I can't recall now if the sleeping pattern happened before or after the stroke.  But quit he did, which saddened me because he kept me warm and I just like that feeling of him close beside me.  Instead he started trying to sleep by my hubby's feet, which irritated said hubby no end.  Hubby would shove the cat away, cat would slink off and then lurk back after hubby went back to sleep.  Repeat over and over throughout the night and lo, these many months.  Cat's switch to hubby's side of the bed was quick and unexplained.  Boom.  Over and out.  And guess what.  Now he's decided he likes me again.  In fact, he likes me so much now that he wants to sleep on my head.  While I appreciate his warm snugginess by my legs, I can't stand a cat trying to sleep in my hair and purring in my ear.  So now I have to push and shove him around to get him back to my legs.  He slinks off, and then slinks right back later on.  Luckily I sleep like the dead, so he doesn't wake me up all night.  I find the most irritating thing to be that I can't figure out why he does these things out of the blue.  I suspect he's crazy.  Maybe he's trying to drive me there myself.  In which case I have to say to him, "TOO LATE!  I beat you to it."  Mwahahahaha!

Are you bored?  Always wanted to know what personality type you are?  And whether those stoopid personality tests are true or not?  I have to say, this one Jung Typology Test (or something like that) is pretty darn close.  I mean, look at the famous people who are the same type as myself:  Mother Teresa, (yes, I am very saintlike, thank you very much, just ask [profile] mylefteye ), Jimmy Stewart (I loves me some of the goshdurn tall stuttering guy), Agathia Christie (yay me, I tried, once upon a time, to read every single one of her books) and a few other writers.  I gakked the test from [personal profile] jaylake , and btw, if you haven't been reading his LJ and his cancer trials, you really should  And in the good news Jay front, Mainspring is doing VERY well on the bestseller list.
